Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original Diorama packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
